On the eve of a historic movie premier, Aquarius managed to make a little bit of history themselves, by knocking off the 5 time Inspirado Champions, Northcoast! The trash talk was fierce, Aquarius team captain, Oscar Montoya threw down against NORTHCOAST team captain, Oscar Montoya. Insults were thrown and Oscar Montoya decided to have Northcoast go second! Here we go!
Aquarius chose a stylistic challenge and received “Actually”. Their challenge was to actually perform the Dark Knight Rises. At the top of the show we were given an intro from tired workers from Wayne Enterprises, Catwoman, Batman and Mitt Romney. Batman was trying to stop fighting and killing and Mitt Romney, who worked for Bane, was trying to get “The Bat Man” on his campaign trail. By the end of the set, Romney, his wife Ann and Catwoman had discovered so much about themselves and their story. Thank you Batman for Rising once again.
Northcoast went second and chose an Indianapolis challenge and received “Population Famous”. David Letterman, Larry Bird, James Harris and Jane Pauley are all famous people from Indianapolis, during Northcoast’s set, these were the only characters that could exist. We were taken to the Letterman show, where after building a time machine, Dave welcomed James Harris to his set. We saw a Jane Pauley meeting, with all of the Jane Pauley’s in the world, Larry Bird got real and James Harris dealt with his childish kid. Indianapolis is a state where some pretty talented and crazy people were created.
Aquarius! The musical megawatt team plans to come back even fiercer next week as they take on That Annoying Couple! Can they continue this momentum? How annoying is That Annoying Couple? You decide. Next thursday at 11pm- INSPIRADDDOOOOOO!!!!
